From a dropshipping idea… to a dream of a real Egyptian brand
Tiny Tale began with a simple dream: to enter the world of e-commerce without sacrificing your comfort or your baby’s. At first, the plan was to work with dropshipping, but over time we realized that dealing with customs, international agreements, and unclear product sources made us unsure that the items reaching your home would truly deserve our name.
Instead of continuing down a path we didn’t fully trust, we decided to take a step back and build something cleaner and more honest… a real Egyptian brand that serves the local market first.
Three Partners… One Mission
This is how the Tiny Tale team was formed: three friends with years of work and partnership experience, united by one goal: to ensure that the first clothes that touch your baby’s skin are clean, safe, and fairly priced. We noticed that the children’s clothing market in Egypt is very expensive, often without real value for the price. Over time, losing trust in quality and cleanliness became a common feeling among many mothers. We decided that our brand would be the complete opposite.
Why We Chose to Be Local
Relying on foreign suppliers and importing clothes from China was easier, but it didn’t sit well with our conscience. Import regulations, stamps, and agreements still offered no real guarantee that every piece would meet our standards. That’s why we chose to be an Egyptian company targeting the local market, where every piece comes from us, not an unknown warehouse in another country.
The Quest for the Cleanest Factory
We visited factories ourselves, inspected materials, checked prices and competitors, until we selected one of the cleanest and most reputable children’s clothing factories in Egypt—not because we love expensive things, but because product quality is non-negotiable for us. We started with a limited range of newborn models up to age one and worked on professional, clean packaging that reflects our attention to the little details that matter to every mother.
Breaking the Idea That Baby Clothes Must Be Expensive
From day one, we decided to reduce profit margins to break the misconception that anything for babies must cost a lot just because it’s labeled “newborn.” Our goal is for you to get clean fabrics, cute designs, and proper packaging at a fair price, without compromising between quality and budget.
Sterilization… Peace of Mind Before a Feature
We know most mothers wash baby clothes before the first wear, but for us, that’s not enough. At Tiny Tale, every piece of clothing is carefully handled, sterilized, and sealed inside a gift box before leaving us, ensuring the first outfit touching your baby’s skin meets the highest cleanliness standards. We do our part fully; the final gentle wash from you completes the circle of safety.

We are still at the start: we’ve prepared the models, designed the packaging, and launched our website. The next step is for Tiny Tale to reach the hearts and minds of more mothers across Egypt.
